TSO Overview & Role

TSO is the team within the Solutions capability of DDC responsible for the DevOps, Engineering and Operations behind Solutions' applications and platforms. It owns or is the primary technical contact for a portfolio of CS CoE / DDC applications and drives their setup, operations, and migrations.

Role of TSO

TSO’s work spans DevOps, Engineering and Operations, including:

  • Owning applications & platforms — acting as owner and/or TSO primary technical contact for CS CoE applications (e.g. LangSmith, V7, Dagster+, WandB, CCE, and agent platforms).

  • Onboarding & user management — workspace onboarding, SCIM deployment, user additions, and keeping environments stable as usage scales.

  • Infrastructure & environments — managing DEV/PROD environments (e.g. US-WEST-2) and planning for future regions (EU).

  • Migrations & decommissioning — driving conversions and sunsets (e.g. ECF→RCP conversion, EKS sunset, WIZ/Okta decommission).

  • Enablement — enabling CS CoE customers on shared platforms, and building knowledge bases and runbooks.
