DDC Goal Elements
For 2026, DDC has three goal elements that connect its work to the broader organizational objectives (CS CoE pillars, gRED/pRED, Pharma such as OPS and RDE, and the Roche Group).
The three goal elements
| # | Goal Element | What it means |
|---|---|---|
1 |
Contribute to CS CoE Goals |
Achieve goals connected to the 5 CS CoE pillars, with DDC leading Pillar 03 and contributing to all others. |
2 |
2026 DDC Wall of Impact |
Achieve 50+ impact headlines across DDC. |
3 |
DDC Culture & Connections |
Embed working norms, rituals & ways of working identified by the DDC Connectors, connecting into the CS CoE-level Culture & Connections team. |
How goals cascade
Goals cascade from the organization down to the individual:
Broader Org objectives (gRED & pRED, Pharma e.g. OPS/RDE, Roche Group e.g. Blue Multiplier)
│
5 CS CoE pillars (each with multiple specific goals)
│
3 DDC goal elements (Mission / Impact / Team)
│
Individual goals (each DDC member: 3 connected to the DDC elements + 1 personal development)
Each DDC team member sets four personal goals — three connected to the DDC goal elements and one personal development goal.
Relationship to the mission
The three goal elements map directly onto DDC’s three identity lenses:
-
Goal Element 1 → Our Mission
-
Goal Element 2 → Our Impact
-
Goal Element 3 → Our Team
