CS CoE Child Teams

CS CoE is an interdisciplinary organization made up of teams that span data, engineering and computation. Within it, DDC (Data & Digital Catalysts) is the delivery organization that this documentation focuses on.

DDC is described as having a pivotal role to play in enabling the CS CoE vision. It is accountable for driving the modernization of Roche’s computational and data ecosystems and integrating digital technologies across the REDs.

DDC’s internal structure

DDC itself is organized into two complementary sets of teams:

  • Domain Teams — accountable for stakeholder partnership: understanding the why and prioritizing the what. See DDC Domains.

  • Capability Teams — accountable for defining how and who tackles work, driving technical excellence. See DDC Capability Teams.

The Solutions capability team (and, within it, TSO) is the branch this documentation drills into. See Solutions Overview and TSO Overview.

DDC also partners closely with adjacent Roche organizations — including the REDs (pRED and gRED), RDT, and Enterprise Architecture — rather than operating in isolation.
